Delivery Policy We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, although you will receive a further confirmation by email from us on the exact day of dispatch. We do try where possible on the website to indicate expected dispatch times for items with a potential short delay. If however you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 7 days please email us on info@androvlingerie.co.uk and we can update you on progress. Standard delivery charges per order UK - £2 Germany and EU - €3 USA - US$10 Canada – CAN$12 All other countries – US$10 or equivalent Expected Delivery Times UK 4-6 working days from dispatch Germany 2-4 working days from dispatch Rest of Europe 5-7 working days from dispatch Rest of World 5-10 working days from dispatch All items are dispatched in plain packaging from our European warehouse. For most deliveries a signature will not be required, but if a package cannot fit through your letterbox, and you are not at home, it may need to be collected from your local post office. Deliveries outside Europe If you live outside the EU, please be aware that as you place your order on our website you will NOT be charged European Sales Tax (a saving of 16%) but may be subject to your own country’s import duty and tax on delivery. Androv Gbr cannot predict or be responsible for any extra taxes or duties that may be incurred, so would advise checking with your local Customs office for clarification. Returning goods from outside Europe If you have paid import duty for goods received, and later return the goods to us, you can normally reclaim this duty from your local Customs office, although you will need to show them proof of the duty originally paid and proof that the goods have been returned by post.
